We have a Restocking Fee of 25% if you purchase a gun not legal for your State or if you fail your background check after we have shipped the gun to your dealer! You lose shipping costs too! Please assure you can purchase the item selected.
ALL NFA Purchases must be legal in your State. All NFA purchases have a 50% restocking fee due to the length of time to receive your Federal approval, you have to have the item returned to us through your Class 3 Dealer and pay for the return shipping. Also some States prohibit Class 3 NFA items all together so, you need to know your State Laws.
